Thank you for visiting our website!  Villa Lotela was originally a beautiful lake front home that was built in 1926. At some point in time, the residence was made in to apartments. There are four one bedroom one bath apartments in the main building. In addition, there is a two bedroom one bath unit that is detached. Each apartment is unique in floor plan, and furnishings. One theme that is constant however, is the fact that all units are immaculate, and the property is quiet and peaceful. The apartments have been recently remodeled, and although rich with history, they provide the comforts of a contemporary home.

We are located in the Heart of Florida, Highlands County, City of Avon Park, directly on Lake Lotela.  If you are not familiar with the Highlands County area, we urge you to visit our links page. Highlands County is a convenient location for visiting most all areas in Florida.  If you like to golf or you enjoy lakes...this is a great area for you!   Feel free to bring your clubs and your boat! Lake Lotela is great for swimming, boating, skiing, wake boarding, tubing, sailing, and fishing. On the property, we have a beautiful beach and a covered picnic area, and you are always welcome to use our dock next door

“Charming” is the word most often used to describe our apartments. Our family has owned the property for six years and during this time we have made many improvements. It is an ongoing commitment to make everything as nice as possible. We offer variable rental terms, and we specialize in corporate rentals.
