Smoking or vaping of any kind (including tobacco and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the apartments, in common areas (laundry room, lakeside pavilion), or directly outside unit doorways. Illegal drug use is not permitted on the premises.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED - Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms in the property is strictly prohibited.

PET POLICY - We maintain a strict no-pet policy across all our apartments. To ensure the comfort of all our guests (including those with severe allergies), no pets are permitted on the property at any time.

PARTIES OR EVENTS - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy.

CANDLES & INCENSE - For the safety of our guests and the preservation of our home, the use of candles and incense is strictly prohibited. While we agree they smell wonderful, they pose a significant fire hazard and can leave lasting scents that affect future guests.

NO COMMERCIAL USE - Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.
